How do I manage my Peerio Pro plan?

Peerio plans can be purchased through our website at or directly through our mobile apps for iOS and Android. How you mange your plan depends on if you purchased through our website or through the mobile app.

For subscriptions through

You can view, modify, or cancel a Peerio Pro plan by logging in to your Peerio Subscription Portal at

Viewing your plans

When you first purchase your plan you will receive an email with a link to set the password. The email address to login is the one you entered when purchasing the plan. This may be different than the email address associated with your Peerio account. 

If you forget your password you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link. 

NOTE: Your Peerio Subscription Portal password is only used for accessing your subscription information. It is unrelated to your Peerio Account passphrase (which only you know and we cannot reset)


You will see all your subscriptions when you log in, along with their current status, the period they are valid for, and the Peerio username they are associated with.


Purchasing another plan

To purchase another plan click the "Purchase New Subscription" button. You will need to confirm your password. The payment information you have securely stored will be used. If you need more than 50GB of storage you can buy another plan and assign it to the same user.


Transferring a plan

To transfer a plan to a different Peerio user click the user icon 

Enter the name of the user to transfer the plan to and confirm your email and password. If you entered the wrong username you can repeat the process to transfer the plan to the correct user.

You can click the subscription ID to get detailed payment information. Click the plan name to get details on the amount of storage and length of the plan.


Cancelling a plan

To cancel a subscription click the cancel icon 

Confirm your email and password to cancel the plan. Your extra storage will be available until the end of the plan period and the plan will not renew.

For subscriptions through Peerio on iOS or Android

Viewing your plan

To check your plan status tap Manage Subscriptions in Peerio's sidebar.

This will let you see if you plan is Active (will renew) or Cancelled, the plan you've purchased, and the end date of the current period.
