How do I move conversations to folder?

You can move your conversations to folders to help organize your communications. You can move a conversation to a folder in two ways:

Drag and Drop

To move a conversation to a folder:

  1. Click and hold your conversation
  2. Drag the conversation to a folder (the folder's name will enlarge)
  3. Release to drop the conversation in the folder.



Using the toolbar you can move multiple conversations to a folder.

  1. Select the conversations you would like to move by checking the box next to the conversation subject.
  2. Click the folder icon below the "Messages" tab.
  3. Choose a folder from a dropdown menu and click "OK"
  4. You will receive a confirmation message once the files have successfully been moved
