How do I approve or decline a contact request?

How to approve or decline a contact request:

When you have a new contact request, you will see a notification in the corner of the "Contacts" tab. You will need to approve this request in order to communicate with your new contact.

1. Tap the "Contacts" tab.

2. Select a user with a "Pending" request. 

3. Tap "Accept" or "Decline"

We recommend verifying your contacts identities by confirming your avatars and public keys with each other either in person or over a recognizable voice channel. This can go a long way in preventing targeted phishing attacks, where an attacker may impersonate a contact in order to obtain information from you.
